You can return any full priced product within 30 days of your order being received. Return requests which fall outside this 30 day window are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or colour. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges for store credit or gift cards at present.
All items returned or exchanged must be in the original unused condition including original packaging in order to be eligible.
Goods must be returned at the sender's expense are the sender's responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We therefore recommend packaging items securely and using a tracked delivery service.
Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.
Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer(s).
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Fill in the returns form, pop it in with the returning parcel
2. Address your parcel to:

3. Send us your parcel with your chosen parcel service
Several types of goods and services cannot be returned:
- Any food products
- Skin care products without a seal or wrapping
- Shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any defects, breakages or damages you must notify us within 48 hours by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us on our Contact Us page.
We will usually reply requesting a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We are unable to replace or refund any such items if we are not notified within this time period.
In the event of an item being damaged or defective we will offer the following options:
- If stock is available we will send a replacement
- A full refund
Defective products outside of the returns window:
In the event that your purchase experiences a product defect during use after this initial period then please Contact Us. We will always try and do what we can to reach a satisfactory resolution.
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we’ve processed your return, we will refund your credit / debit card. Funds usually take 5-7 working days to be returned. You’ll be notified via e-mail once we’ve received your return and your refund has been processed.
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, and you have checked with your credit card company or bank that it has not been received, please contact us at email@example.com or via our Contact Us page.
